01

What we collect and why

When you contact The Sufferless Foundation, we store your email address, message, selected topic, submission time, and any name or phone number you choose to provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, respond, and manage related follow-up.

Please include only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sending sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents through this form.

02

Who can access your inquiry

Inquiries are available to the Foundation’s authorized site administrators. When email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to the Foundation’s designated private inbox. The recipient address is held on the server and is not published in the contact form.

Hosting, database, and email service providers process information needed to operate these services. Website infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; email notifications, when activated, use Resend and the Foundation’s Gmail inbox. We do not sell contact-form information or use it to enroll you in marketing.

03

How long information is kept

Website inquiry records older than 12 months are automatically removed during subsequent contact-form processing. If the form receives no further submissions, deletion occurs when processing resumes.

Copies in the Foundation’s email inbox may remain while an inquiry or related follow-up is active. You can ask us to delete your inquiry and associated correspondence; we will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained.

Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use hashed email and, where available, network identifiers. Expired counters are removed during subsequent form processing. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the contact database.

04

Optional drafts on your device

The interactive map and decision brief let you explicitly save a draft in this browser. Drafts are not saved automatically and are not sent to the Foundation. They remain until you remove them with the draft controls or clear this website’s browser storage. Other people who use the same browser profile may be able to load them.

Exports are files saved through your browser. You control where you store or share them. The homepage also remembers whether its introduction has been seen.

05

Videos, links, and technical information

Video players load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you press play. Playback connects to YouTube, which may process device and usage information under its own privacy practices. Video thumbnails are hosted with this website and do not connect to YouTube before playback.

Bookseller and social links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. The Foundation does not receive your book-payment information through this website.

We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this site. Hosting providers may process technical logs for security and operation; private review access may use sign-in cookies.

06

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Use the privacy inquiry form to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. Identify the email address used in your original inquiry; we may need to verify the request before making changes.
